Rent
June, September €450 per week
July, August €650 per week
October to May €400 per week (or by arrangement)
Easter, Christmas, New Year €450 per week

Linen can be rented: €50 per let.

The caretaker keeps the cottage keys and ensures the cottage is clean and ready for incomming tenants.

Deposit
50% of rent on booking, balance prior to arrival.

Cleaning
€40 per let

Electricity/oil
Electricity charge is based on meter readings at start and finish of stay. The agent agrees meter reading at the start of the let and collects the rent.

Any breakages or damage must be paid for or replaced.
