ACCOMMODATION

Downstairs
Front door opens into a large hall. The adjacent lounge is on two levels with an open fire and doors to secluded garden from the dining area. The kitchen also has garden access.

Upstairs
Open plan stairs lead to four bedrooms and two bathrooms (one ensuite) with showers.

Bedroom 1 with ensuite shower and toilet has 5' double bed and kingsize duvet.

Bedroom 2 has two 3' single beds and duvets.

Bedroom 3 has a 4'6" double bed and duvet.

Bedroom 4 has a 3' bunk bed and duvets.

Furnishing
The cottage is tastefully furnished with pine period furniture. It has slate and wood floors downstairs and carpet upstairs.

There is an open fire in the living room and the cottage has oil fired central heating.

The kitchen contains electric cooker, frige-freezer, dishwasher, and a good supply of cooking utensils, china, glassware etc.

The washing machine and tumble dryer are in the main bathroom.

There is adequate bedding, but tenants must bring their own linen including duvet covers. Linen can be rented.

Steroe music player with CD player, mini-disk player, cassette player and radio.
